Vegetarianism is one of the healthies choices one can made for himself/herself. The meat contains a lot of toxins which enter the blood stream contaminating our precious bodies and our beautiful minds, and producing all kinds of afections we are not even aware of.
Mens sana in corpore sano says the romans. So together with our practice we need to follow a diet rich in nutrients, easy to digest and very enjoyable.
